A quick RFQ is a short item list you price in one go. A bidding RFQ is a larger BOQ: you can bid on all of it, part of it, or decline, and bids are sealed.

Accept within the time shown on the order, and reconfirm stock on the items. Late orders go back to the buyer.

It lands in Issues with a 48-hour clock. Reply, agree a fix with the buyer, or Admin steps in when the clock runs out.

Yes. Add drivers under Delivery, switch on the slots you run, and assign each order. Drivers log in with the vendor login.

Own-fleet orders use the slots and fees you set. For Lalamove orders the fee is calculated from their pricing, and you can adjust it manually before the buyer pays.

A proof of delivery photo and the name of the person who received the goods. Cash orders also need the amount collected.

Each completed order adds a line to your Payout ledger with sales, commission, fees and the net amount.

Set default terms under Payments, and override per contractor. You carry the credit risk on Tier 1; the platform tracks invoices and sends reminders.

Tier 2 is a guaranteed credit option. You bear the financing fee, which is deducted from the payout, and only buyers you switch it on for can see it.
